My stay at Address Downtown had its ups and downs. The location is superb, right next to the Dubai Mall and with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. However, I faced some challenges with room configurations and a lack of genuine hospitality from management. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
